앱에서 직접 삭제하기Delete it yourself, in the app

앱에서 [마이] > [계정] > [회원탈퇴] 를 누르면 바로 처리됩니다. 되돌릴 수 없고, 유예 기간은 없습니다.Open [My] > [Account] > [Delete account]. It takes effect immediately, cannot be undone, and there is no grace period.

앱을 지웠거나 로그인할 수 없다면If you already removed the app, or cannot sign in

contact@chilloen.com 으로 요청해 주십시오. 가입에 쓰신 소셜 계정의 이메일 주소를 함께 적어 주시면 본인 확인 후 처리합니다. 회사는 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.Write to contact@chilloen.com with the email address of the social account you signed up with. We confirm it is you, then act — within 10 days of the request — and tell you the outcome.

게스트로만 이용하신 경우에도 같은 주소로 요청하시면 서버에 저장된 익명 기록을 지워 드립니다.If you only ever used the app as a guest, the same address works: we delete the anonymous record held on our servers.

계정은 두고 일부만 지우기Delete some data without leaving

탈퇴하지 않고도 직접 쓰신 것은 앱에서 지울 수 있습니다. 리뷰는 [마이] > [내 리뷰] 또는 장소의 리뷰 목록에서 ⋯ > [삭제], 게시글과 댓글도 같은 방식입니다. 닉네임과 프로필 사진은 [마이] > [계정] 에서 언제든 바꾸실 수 있습니다.You can remove what you wrote without closing your account. For a review, use [My] > [My reviews] or the place's review list, then ⋯ > [Delete]; posts and comments work the same way. Your nickname and profile photo can be changed at any time under [My] > [Account].

앱에서 지울 수 없는 항목(예: 인증 기록)의 삭제를 원하시면 contact@chilloen.com 으로 어떤 데이터인지 적어 요청해 주십시오. 같은 기준으로 본인 확인 후 10일 안에 처리합니다.For anything the app does not let you remove — a verification record, for instance — write to contact@chilloen.com naming the data. We confirm it is you and act within 10 days, on the same terms.

삭제되는 것What is deleted

• 소셜 계정 연결 정보(제공자 회원번호, 이메일)Your social account link (provider member number, email)
• 로그인 세션, 기기 정보, 알림용 기기 토큰, 알림 동의 기록Sign-in sessions, device information, notification token and consent record
• 학교 이메일·휴대전화 인증 기록, 소속 인증에 쓴 이름과 전화번호School email and phone verification records, and the name and phone number used for university verification
• 프로필 사진, 리뷰 사진Your profile photo and review photos
• 좋아요, 공지 열람 기록, 신고 기록Likes, notice read records, and reports you filed
• 닉네임, 국가 — 게시물에서 작성자 표시가 사라집니다Nickname and country — your content stops showing an author

남는 것과 그 이유What remains, and why

• 리뷰의 별점. 장소의 평균 평점을 다른 이용자들이 이미 참고했기 때문에, 탈퇴로 그 숫자가 조용히 바뀌지 않도록 남깁니다. 누가 준 점수인지는 보이지 않습니다. 본문과 사진은 지워집니다.Review ratings. Other people have already relied on a place's average, so leaving does not quietly change it. Who gave the rating is not shown. The text and photos are erased.
• 학교에 제출한 학번과 학교 이메일. 학교의 학적 확인 기록입니다. 이름과 전화번호는 지워집니다.The student number and school email you submitted. They are the school's enrolment record. Your name and phone number are erased.
• 학교에 보낸 문의의 내용. 담당 부서의 상담 기록이므로 남고, 작성자는 "탈퇴한 학생"으로 표시됩니다.School inquiries you sent. They are the office's record of the conversation; the author appears as "탈퇴한 학생" (a student who has left).
• 백업. 탈퇴 전 상태가 자동 백업에 최대 14일 남았다가 순서대로 사라집니다.Backups. Your pre-deletion state remains in automatic backups for up to 14 days, then ages out.
